Terms and Conditions for Attending IWAG

Before registering, there are several terms and conditions that you need to know so that the event runs smoothly and is fun for all.

You can come directly without a companion if you are 17 years old or up. But if your age is under 17 years, you need to bring a signed consent form from your guardian. Those who are under 13 will need a companion who will also be required to pay the fee.

Then, you should read our code of conduct to create a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Participating in this event means you agree to follow the code of conduct that we have set.

Lastly, you also need to agree to show your ID on D-day for age verification. No worries! We really respect your privacy and our receptionist will only see the ID without keeping any information.

If you cannot meet these requirements, please do not register and pay. We don't want to disappoint you, but we have to enforce these rules. Thank you for understanding.

Fee

Our basic contribution fee is 130.000 Rupiah. However, if you want to provide extra support, you can donate more. Your donation will be used to organize other exciting events. Don't worry about the use of funds because we will provide financial reports after the event is finished.

The good news is, if you are kind enough to donate more than 200,000 Rupiah, you will get a special bonus from us as thank you. Then, for the 10 people with the highest donations above 250,000, we will provide an additional bonus in the form of a custom image from our artists.

As a further appreciation, 1 person with the highest donation will get an additional beautiful artwork!

How To Register

Open the IWAG website first and read the conditions above. Ensure you understand everything and ask if you are unsure

Before making a payment, be sure to check whether the form registration is still open. If the form is already closed, please don' t continue the payment. However don' t worry, if you already paid for your reg, we will refund it if there are no slots available.

If the form is still open, please make the payment accordingly method listed in the form. A little tip to make things easier; it's best to transfer with additional small numbers, for example, a transfer of 250,108 Rupiah.

After that, fill in your personal data along with proof of payment. Here are the personal data that we need:
  • Your email (so we can contact you)
  • Your legal name (for verification purposes)
  • Your preferred name (to be placed on the badge)
  • Your social media account (optional, we will use it if necessary to contact you via another line)

Make sure your email is correct. Once registration closes, we will send an email containing a 5-digit PIN number to the email you filled in. Remember, do not share this PIN with anyone except the receptionist on the day of the event. We also won't ask for this number outside the D-day.

During the event, show your email containing this PIN to our receptionist along with your identification (SIM, KTP, or Card student). If you already know it, you can also tell us right away to our receptionist your email address and PIN.
